What if I am having trouble reading the text on the website?

We appreciate that some people may experience difficulty so we designed our website so that it can be specially adapted to enable you to change the size of the text. You can make it larger and easier to read.

How do I change the email address that you have for me?

If you change your Internet Service Provider, have been issued with a new email address or would like to use an alternative simply log into your website account using your old email address and click on My Account. Scroll down to see the email address that is stored for you and overtype it with your new address. Click Save Details and you are done.

How do I change my password?

It is a good idea to change your password from time to time. To do this, simply log into your website account using your old password and click on My Account. Scroll down to see the two fields required to change your password. Heart to Home Meals passwords should be 6 characters or more, and it’s good practice to include numbers and special characters such as the number sign or an exclamation mark. Overtype your old password with your new one, then repeat it in the other box to confirm. Click Save Details and you are done.

How do I change the delivery address that you have stored for me?

If you move and want your delivery to be made to a new location, simply log into your website account with your user name and password, then click My Account. Scroll down to find your old address and click Edit next to this address. All you need to do is overtype with your new address and click Save This Address.

How do I repeat a previous order?

If you have your regular favourites, you can easily repeat a previous order. Firstly, sign into your website account by clicking Sign In Here and entering your user name and password. Now click on the option marked Order History. By scrolling down, you can see all of the previous orders that you have made with us. Select an order that you would like to repeat, then click the order number to review it. If you are sure that you want to repeat it, just click Reorder These Items to take you directly to the checkout and proceed normally.
